教学流程：

Step1: Greeting.

T: Hello,boys and girls!

Ss: Hello,.......

Step2: Free talk.

1.T: What day is it today?

What date is it today?

What’s the weather like today?

What can we do to keep our city clean?

How can we to protect the earth?(帮助学生们复习书本知识和快乐英语这一课的兴趣阅读)

Step3: Presentation.

T: Boys and girls, the environment is very important.We should protect the earth and protect our hometown.Today I’ll show you a girl.She also love her hometown.

PPT: A girl

T:She comes from the UK, first listen to the tape and find out:

PPT: Q1:Where did she live in the UK?

Q2:Where does she move to?

Q3:Does she like the new home?

Ss Listen to the tape and answer the questions:

A1:She lives in New York(T:Yes,New York is in the East of the UK )

板书：east 新授

A2:She moves to Arizona(T:Yes,Arizona is in the West of the UK )

板书：west 新授

A3:No,she doesn’t.

Listen to the tape again,and finish”P63 A Read and match”
