Text 1: Student’s composition (a sci-fi story)
Text 2: Three Laws of Robotics (an expository article)
教学内容分析:
P11 is a project-design a robot or an AI device based on four aspects as the table in part 2 and questions in part 3 show us. Students are expected to work in groups to create a robot that can help humans solve difficult problems and use the passive voice to describe their robots.
P7 is the Three Laws of Robotics by Asimov, which is used as the principle of designing a robot.
A sci-fi story about time travel by a student will serve as the lead-in to arouse student’s interest and thinking about what kind of robot humans need.

1. Share opinions with their teammates in group discussion.
2. Be able to give a presentation about their robot design with passive voice.
Learning Ability:
Work in a group to design a robot.
2. Learn from each other by assessing other groups’ robot design.
