Decline in consumer reputation(Service problems)

In the minds of consumers, price performance has not been a reason to choose Haidilao. Service is the fundamental reason to choose Haidilao. And the fundamental of service is people. More recently, Haidilao 's service has received more bad reviews. On the one hand, I think it may be that the customer's lower limit for service has been raised. When customers get used to good service, they will want better service elsewhere. If the customer does not meet the requirements that they want, the customer experience will be worse. On the other hand, some customers think Haidilao's service overdoes it. Some of the waiters were so enthusiastic that some customers didn't like them.

Price control problem

Nearly a year, because of the epidemic. Haidilao has raised prices. But during the epidemic, consumers were equally sensitive to prices. People suffer economically under the impact of the epidemic. For a wide range of restaurants, Haidilao with its rising prices and declining service, is no longer attractive. Haidilao also sent a special apology for the incident. In terms of price, Haidilao needs to attract more people in third-tier cities, not just those in first-tier and second-tier cities.

Prospects for the future
