非谓语动词

一.不定式

1.不定式做主语：It’s adj. (for/of sb.) to do

It 作形式主语，不定式做主语后置。

例：It’s important for us to do

It’s valuable for sb to do

*写作句式：

It’s vitally(至关地) important / significant (for sb.)to do

对于某人来说,做

……是至关重要的

It’s of great importance / significance (for sb.)to do

It’s enormously valuable (for sb.) to do

做……是非常有价值的

It’s of extreme value (for sb.) to do

2.不定式作宾语：背词组

want to do , would like to do , be pleased / delighted to do , be eager to do……

3.不定式作宾补：ask sb. to do , tell sb. to do , advise sb. to do , allow sb. to do……

4.不定时做目的状语

in order to do , so as to do ,

To do……,主语+谓语+……

例：In order to keep fit , we need drink more water.

To keep (keep) fit , we need drink more water.

5.不定时做结果状语

too adj. (for sb.) to do 太……以至于不

adj. enough (for sb.) to do 足以……

例：He is too young to go to school.

She is old enough to take care of herself.

6.不定式作定语：名词 + to do

例: Now it’s half past five. It’s time to go home.

-Can you go with me to play badminton?

-Sorry, I have a lot of homework to do. I can’t go with you.

二.动名词

1.动名词作主语

例：Practicing more and reading more is a good way to learn English.

2.动名词作表语

例：My hobby is playing badminton.

3.动名词作定语

例：This is a walking stick.

4.动名词作宾语
