(二)Pre-task

1.Read the rhyme .

2.Today’s school sports day .There will be a race in the field .Now I’ll group you with four teams first .Team 1,Team 2, Team 3,Team 4,(Lean field,team words )

3.Now let’s play a game , pass the boton .(Let’s learn baton, go for it ,catch up , winner ,Your team is the winner . )

4.Let’s learn the text .Let’s watch a real relay race here .(Draw the picture on the blackboard , Ben, Jiamin, Mike)

5. Ask and answer : Jiamin is running slowly.Now Jiamin is running fast .Why ?

Because... Jiamin’s mother is waving a lunch box .Oh no, some children are falling over .What happen to them? Look! Dim and Jim are running across the field.(Read and act: Let’s learn running slowly, waving a lunch box , falling over, running across the field.)
