韩语系介绍

随着中韩两国经贸关系的升温，韩语专业已经成为我国就业市场中的热门专业，越来越多的高职院校开始设置韩语专业。根据我国就业部门所公布的数据，我国目前每年韩语人才的需求量都在100万左右，这些信息都表明，韩语专业可以算是目前我国就业市场中最热门的热门专业职业，而高职院校的韩语专业面临着巨大的发展机遇。

（一）专业培养目标不明确

虽然韩语专业在我国已经受到了普遍的重视, 很多高校都开设了韩语专业, 但是高校对韩语专业的人才培养目标和发展方向以及定位不明确。绝大多数高校韩语教学都过分追求语法、词汇和语言知识的教授, 没有脱离应试教育的范畴, 对学生的职业发展考虑不足, 缺乏对学生相应实践和应用能力的培养。绝大多数韩语专业学生将来要走向工作岗位, 而韩语作为重要的交流和辅助工具, 实用性的语言能力对学生来说更为重要。

（二）专业课程设置不合理

高校就是要培养出满足市场需求的综合实用型人才, 增加学生的就业竞争力, 使其实现顺利就业。随着中韩经济合作的深入, 合作领域和合作形式日益增多, 对人才的需求由单一性逐渐转向多元化和复合化, 工作范围高校就是要培养出满足市场需求的综合实用型人才, 增加学生的就业竞争力, 使其实现顺利就业。随着中韩经济合作的深入, 合作领域和合作形式日益增多, 对人才的需求由单一性逐渐转向多元化和复合化, 工作范围也不再局限于以往单纯的翻译工作, 开始向管理、财务、谈判等领域延伸, 因此, 高校对学生的培养也要向多元化发展。但是, 目前高校韩语专业的课程设置没有相应的改变和突破, 课程内容基本还是局限在语言和语法方面, 其他领域的知识和技能涉及较少, 没有安排相应的课程。这样培养出的学生能力和知识面狭窄, 就业选择机会大大减少, 不利于学生的长远发展。

（三）教学模式有待改进
