I Priming
1. Doing survey and interviewing about going out around the world in the classroom (p.68-69)
T introduces the topic by showing the slide of “Going Out”
T presents the survey questions (p.68) on the screen and elicits responses from the ss.
Put students into groups of five students. Ss work out a list of questionnaire questions regarding activities off campus.
Students rise and walk around the classroom, asking at least two students from other groups the questions they have prepared.
Students discuss their findings and prepare a group report to the class.
II Meaningful Input
Reading
T introduces the topic of the reading, “Going out at nights in different regions/countries in the world.”
