The final negotiated and agreed pricing is based on delivery of three presses with an formal order of press one and two within a short time period.

The order of press one should be signed in four weeks after signature of this LOI.

Should the order of press two not be released before end of April 2019 the first press will be considered as a single press delivery and in principle the pricing adjusted to the single press price of Euro 3.100.000.
