如何做PPT、演讲等

首先,一场优秀的演讲不仅仅需要演讲者的“英姿飒爽”、“口齿伶俐”。还需要一个优秀的PPT,国家演讲的PPT规定,在每一张PPT上的字数不能超过26个字。所以我们在PPT的制作过程中,首先要注意字数,要尽量的使自己的内容通过嘴巴讲述出来,而不是通过PPT的文字展现出来。在字体的表现中,如果是浅色底,就要用黑色字体,如果是深色背景底,就要用白色字体,一定要把字体凸显出来,使观众可以清楚的看到字体。除此以外,要多用图片、思维导图来表达自己的想法。在PPT的制作过程中,要注意按照自己的讲述顺序,使自己PPT严合自己的思绪,不要跳跃式讲述。

详细来讲,具体的要从选、排、填三个角度来制作。选即为选择什么样的模板。在模板的选择方面要分场合。一般来说在注重视觉冲击力的场合,比如发布会,要选择设计感强的模板,而在注重内容的场合,比如毕业答辩等,则要选择简约的模板以突出内容。

在排方面,要按照讲述内容,针对每一个小部分,进行顺序排版,多用箭头与思维导图来表达自己的意愿。

填即填字体、图片、表格。上述已经讲到,每页的PPT上,字数不应超过26个字,字体格式要统一,要清楚,不要有错别字,不要使用艺术字。图片要选择和讲述内容有关的高清图片,不要为了丰富PPT选择无关的图片,图片的在一张PPT上所占比例要格外注意。表格的选择要选三线格样式,内容要简介明了,格式字体统一。

最后将图进行美化,调整颜色、阴影、立体、线条,美化表格、突出文字等。注意在此过程中,把握整个PPT的颜色不要超过3个色系。

以上便是PPT的一些制作手法,当然不同的人有不同的理解观念,在遵循大致的格式后,还要有自己的特色和想法。

那当PPT做出来后,我们如何结合PPT,做出一个完美的演讲呢?演讲是把自己的观点内容讲述给别人,同时,我们的仪表形态在这个过程中显得尤为重要,因此在正式的演讲过程中,要衣着得体,自信大方,男生穿正装,女生穿长裙。行为大方,不要怯场,多和听众进行眼神交流,表达意愿。声音大小合适,吐字清晰,条理清楚。而在这些行为表现出来前,我们需要做大量的练习工作,那我们如何练习呢。

首先要对演讲进行至少4次大声的排练,在演讲前最少排练4次,我们观看过太多的演讲以致于发现那些让人失望的都是因为缺少应有练习。确保练习至少有一次是在那些会让你惊慌失措的观众面前进行——家人、好朋友、伙伴、同事、还有孩子。他们不仅会明确的指出你的错误,而且还会向你提供所需的帮助。

其次训练控制时间,如果你要做一个短时间的演讲,那么试着通过练习控制你的演讲时间,尤其像5分钟工作汇报这样的事。你可以增加或删除内容来让时间变得合适,允许额外的时间用来提问或缓解紧张情绪。在实际的演讲中你可以带一个计时器或者摘下你的腕表放在讲台上,这样你就能够看到时间过了多少,也能够随时控制自己的演讲节奏。

在实际的演讲过程中,如果有忘词行为,不要着急,临场发挥。熟能生巧,勤加练习,才能做好一场精彩的演讲。

结果与讨论

这一部分包括表征部分与活性测试部分,这一部分要切实根据研究内容和实验结果来写,要追求真凭实据。看图写话,但要讲清楚理由,说明事要。

结论

结论也是内容的总结,但与摘要不同,内容即为总结做出的什么结果最好,为什么此种结果最好。
