The China Oxford Scholarship Fund (“COSF”) was established to provide financial support to students from China who are accepted for postgraduate studies at University of Oxford (“Oxford”). COSF's objective is for awardees to contribute to the development of China. Bursaries are awarded to students who are nationals of the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau and who meet the following criteria:
Confirmed place at Oxford
Academic excellence
Financial need
Personal qualities, achievements and leadership potential
A commitment to contributing to China
Sufficient command of the English language to fully benefit from an award

Your undergraduate academic transcripts. If you are an existing graduate student at Oxford, you are exempt from this requirement.
