Good morning dear judges \ladies and gentleman，I suppose that you must know we should keep safety at work. Now, I would like to draw your attention to the four pictures and let me share the story with you.

from the pictures. we can see Tom and jack were students in a vocational school. they major in flash design . they were taking part in the intership and they had flash design training class,Tom is very careful but jack was playing the cellphone game .After class, Tom was going on learning the knowledge of flash design on day . jack played computer game stay at night with somking. when they had a interviwe offically of a the company,tom gave a great report of flash design in the interview meeting and he became a proffesional designer. everyone is appreciate.but jack could not say anything .tom got this job.(but jack lose this opportunity);from this story we know that no matter who you are, skills and major is,you could be qualified to work in the company. on the one hand, on the other hand,

in short. a student have to take part in the internship before graduation,which is great significance to us.beacause interships can deepen our understanding of careers. what’s more , having a certain experience can enhance our competitive advantage when we looiking for a job.
