教学目标

能借助图片听懂关于食物的词语:carrot, stick, celery, grape, cherry, corn-on-the-cob, string bean, hamburger, chips, chocolate, drinks, juice等,并能准确认读和听写。

能运用句型My favourite red/orange/yellow/green/blue/purple food is ... 来交流自己喜欢的蔬菜、水果。

3. 能听懂并会唱歌曲Try new foods。



教学重点

Step 1 Warming up.

Listen the song: Try new foods

T: What’s your favourite food?

Ss:...

T:Try carrot sticks and celery. Maybe they can be your favourites.

Learn new words: carrot stick, celery

Step 2 Presentation.

1.Listen and sing the song.

2.师生交流喜欢的事物,并且学习新单某某或词组:grape, cherry, corn-on-the-cob, string bean等。

3.老师对学生进行语言的教授和操练:If you like ..., try ... You can try new foods, something new to you. If you try new foods, then they can be your favourites, too.

Step 3 Practise.

1.学生把书翻到第14页,听录音,边听边指着书上的图片和歌词学说歌曲。

2.学生完整唱歌曲。







Step 4 Production.

Food rainbow

1. 利用课件或图片展示一张食物彩虹图,帮助学生复习蔬菜、水果的单某某或词组:apple, strawberry, cherry, pepper, orange, pineapple, carrot, pumpkin, lemon, mango, banana, corn, cucumber, Chinese leaves, celery, plum, grape等。

2. 老师提问What’s your favourite food?学生看图片上的蔬菜、水果,用句型My favourite red/orange/yellow/green/blue/purple food is...回答。

3. 学生在小组内讨论自己最喜欢的蔬菜、水果,练习句型:My favourite red/orange/yellow/green/blue/purple food is ...

学生翻书到第15页,完成句子。老师巡视指导。

3. Part 4 Look at the pictures, discuss which foods are good for health, and which foods are bad for health.

1)Review the food: milk, fruit, vegetables, hamburger, chips, chocolates, bread, candies, drinks, brown rice, chicken, eggs, juice.

2)A game:

Show more food, point and say, as quickly as possible.

3)Classify the food by “good” or “bad” for us.

Good for us: __________________________

Bad for us: ___________________________

Step 3 Practise.

Make a scene, “Go shopping”.

1) Ask a student go shopping, and I am a saler.

Ss choose food, then put them in basket.

T can say: Oh, Cola? Cola is bad for our health.

2) Ask a student make a dialogue firstly.

A: Hello, Linda.

B: Hello, Tracy.

A: Let’s go shopping, OK?

B: OK. Go!

A: What do you want to buy?

B: I want to buy (some fruit).

A: Oh, fruit is good for us.

3) Pair work: Make a dialogue in pairs.

4) Present your dialogues in class.

1. Make sentences by using “be good for” or “be bad for”.

2. Choose someone write down on the blackboard.
