The New Policy of Taking Care of the Aged

　　In China, the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious, in the future, many old people will go to the nursing house, but as the young are busy with their work, how to take care of the old is a big problem. Recently, Holland’s government carries out a policy, if the young go to the nursing house to serve the old for 30 hours a week, then the young will get the free rent of their departments. I think it is a good idea.

　　在中国，老龄化问题变得越来越严峻，在将来，很多人们会住进养老院，但是由于年轻人忙着他们的工作，如何照顾老人成为了一个大问题。最近，荷兰政府实施一项政策，如果年轻人每周到养老院服务30个小时，年轻人租的房子就可以免租金。我认为这是一个不错的主意。

　　On the one hand, the young can relieve the life pressure from the free rent. Because of the temptation of the free rent, surely the policy will attract more young people to do the work. As the job competition is so intense, many young people have struggled to their life, so they are willing to do the caring work to get the free rent. On the other hand, the old can get the caring from the young. As more young people go to the nursing house to provide the service, the old will be very happy and have someone to talk to.

　　一方面，年轻人能从免费的租金中减轻生活的压力。由于免费租金的诱惑，当然这项政策会吸引更多的年轻人来从事这个工作。迫于工作竞争是如此的激烈，很多年轻人挣扎于某某，因此他们愿意做照料工作，以此来得到免费的租金。另一方面，老人家能从年轻人那里得到关怀。由于更多的年轻人去养老院提供服务，老人家会很开心，有人可以和他们聊天。

　　Though the policy is put forward in the short time, it provides a new way to solve the aging problem.

　　虽然这项政策提出来的时间不长，但是它给老龄化问题提供了一种新的解决方法。

Give Back to Society

　　Facebook is the most popular social communicational software. People like to share their information in it and keep in touch with their friends. The founder of Facebook is a young handsome guy named Mark Zuckerberg. He was being a dad recently and he announced that he would donate 99 percent of his share for celebrating his girl’s coming.

　　Facebook是最受欢迎的社交软件。人们喜欢在上面分享他们的信息，与朋友保持联系。Facebook的创始人是一位名叫马克.扎克伯格的年轻帅哥。他最近成为了父亲,宣布将捐出99%的份额来庆祝他的女儿的到来。

　　99 percent of his share! That is such great amount. The public were so astonished by his decision. This young guy could only take out the small part of his share, but he took out nearly the all. His great grace could help a lot of people to improve their lives, even change their fate.

　　There are a lot of rich people in the world, but only less people could make the great decision like Mark Zuckerberg. When the media asked him why he did this, he said he wanted to reture society and help the people who were in need of. This money was not necessary for him, but could change a lot of poor people’s fates and I wanted to help them.

　　世界上有很多富人,但只有少数人能够像马克.扎克伯格那样做出如此伟大的决定。当媒体问他为什么这样做,他说他想回报社会,帮助需要的人。这笔钱对他来说是没有必要的,但可能会改变很多穷人的命运,我想帮助他们。

　　There is no doubt that Mark’s generous indeed will help a lot of people.

　Explain or Keep Silent?

　　People always think that silent is gold, so they like to be silent when they have argument. Nowadays, when we read the amusement news, we can see all kinds of celebrities’ news, many of these are distorted, some celebrities choose to explain, though the media don’t trust them, while some choose to keep silent. In my opinion, we need to explain when misunderstand happens.

　　人们总是认为沉默是金，因此他们喜欢在遇到争吵时保持沉默。如今，当我们看娱乐新闻的时候，我们可以看到名人们各种各样的新闻，其中很多都是被扭曲的，一些名人选择解释，即使媒体不相信他们，然而一些名人选择保持沉默。在我看来，我们需要在产生误会时进行解释。

　　Some people believe that if they keep silent, all the rumors will disappear one day, at that time, all the things will be solved, things work its own way. But if people don’t make the explanation to others, they will be suspended, people will have bad impression on them, these won’t disappear with the time went by, it only increases.

　　一些人认为如果他们保持沉默，所有的谣言总会在将来某天消逝，在那时候，问题都会得到解决，事情都会回到正轨。但是如果人们不向别人解释，他们就会受到质疑，人们会对他们有不好的印象，这些不会随着时间的流逝而消逝，只会加深误会。

　　Explanation makes things clear, though still some people won’t trust you, when the truth comes out, they will remember you once have made the explanation and will trust what you say since then. Explanation will enhance your charm of your personality.

　　解释让事情变得清晰，虽然仍然有一些人不会信任你，但是当真相大白时，他们会记得你曾经解释过，会从此以后信任你。解释会增强你的人格魅力。

　　Silence is not always gold, we should explain things when misunderstand happens, in that case, misunderstand won’t spread quickly and affect other people’s judgment.

　　沉默并不总是金，我们应该在误会发生时进行解释，那样的话，误会才不会快速传播而影响别人的判断。

Betrothal Gifts

　　There are always news about how many betrothal gifts a man has to prepare to get a bride in China. In fact, this is not only happened in China, many less developed countries also have the same problem. Though the marriage is about two families but only two people in love, but I can't agree that the groom have to paid overload to the bride's family to get marry.

　　在中国，关于一个男的要准备多少聘礼才能娶到新娘的新闻总是层出不穷。实际上，这不仅仅发生在中国，许多落后国家也有相同的问题。尽管婚姻是两个家庭之间的事而不仅仅关于两个相爱的人，但是我不同意新郎必须要付超额的聘礼给新娘家才能结婚。

　　The betrothal gifts in the old time of China were given to the parents in law by the groom to thank them for having been taking care the bride, and after being marry, the bride would have very few chances to come back to see them. So the betrothal gift was also called “bride price”. But this is not suitable for today’s situation. The young couple will always visit the parents and support them, it is unfair for the man to pay much money to the parents in law anymore.

　　聘礼在中国的旧时是新郎给岳父母用来感谢他们对新娘的养育之恩，而结婚之后，新娘便很少有机会回娘家看完他们。所以聘礼也被叫做“卖女钱”。但是这不适用于现代的情况。年轻小两口还是时常看完父母赡养他们，这时男人还要给岳父母付很多钱就很不公平。

　　On the other hand, the bride’s parents requirement too much bride price would rise the conflict between two families and then hurt feelings of the young couple. The marriage would come to a crisis.

　　另外，新娘父母要求太多的卖女钱会升起两个家庭之间的矛盾，继而伤年轻两口子的感情。婚姻会陷入危机。

　　Two people get marry should be based on love, not doing business. They have their own life to go on, the parents should give them the best blessings, not obstacles. The sound betrothal gifts and enough love, the marriage will have a wonderful start.

两个人结婚要建立在爱情的基础上，而不是做交易。他们有自己的生活要过，父母应该给他们最好的祝福，而不是障碍。合理的聘礼和足够的爱，婚姻会有一个美好的开始。

电影里植入广告

Today, when we see the movie, we can a lot of advertisements are implanted into the movies, the audience feels angry about it, because they don’t want to see these advertisements, they buy the tickets for seeing the good movie, while the producers are agreed to put the ads into the movie, both the audience and producers have their reasons.

　　今天，当我们看电影的时候，可以看到很多广告被植入到电影里，观众对此很生气，因为他们不想要看到广告，他们买票是为了看到好的电影，然而制片人却同意把广告放进电影里，观众和制片人都有他们的理由。

　　For the audience, they hate to see the advertisements in the movie, because they think the advertisements have nothing to do with the plots, they don’t want to see the extra factors. What’s more, people get tired of the ads, because the ads are exaggerating and try to persuade people to buy the products. After seeing these advertisements all the time, people feel tired.

　　对于观众来说，他们讨厌看到广告在电影里，因为他们觉得广告和电影剧情没有联系，他们不想要看到电影的额外因素。而且，人们厌倦了电影，因为电影夸大事实，尝试着说服人们去买产品。在看了广告那么长的时间后，人们真的厌倦了。

　　While for the producers, they argue that it is reasonable for the advertisements to be showed in the movie, these ads do not affect the plot, they need the sponsors to give the money, so they can have enough money to make the movie.

　　然而对于制片人来讲，他们辩论说广告出现在电影里是合理的，这些广告并不影响剧情，他们也需要赞助商来投资钱，这样他们才有足够的钱来制作电影。

　　In my opinion, advertisements should not be showed in the movie, they ruin the sense of beauty in the movie, people have the right to enjoy the pure movie.

　　在我看来，广告不应该出现在电影里，它们毁了电影的美感，人们有权利来享受干净的电影。
