It is suitable for communities, office buildings, schools, hotels, scenic spots, transportation hub centers and other public service places.

3.Installation method (taking sv-1081x as an example)

① According to the requirements of the installation site, a hole with a diameter of 35mm is opened at the space position (generally in the middle or front side) of the gate (as shown in the figure below)/As shown in Fig.

② Screw out the nut at the bottom of the gate head column, thread the cable out of the nut, and remove the nut.

③ Under the gate, pass the cable and cable interface through the gasket and nut in turn, tighten the nut, connect the power supply, and start the screen.

Note: the above bracket is only for installation reference, not standard accessories.

Maintenance

1.In the process of product installation and use, it is necessary to strictly abide by the national and regional electrical safety regulations;

2.When installing on the gate, please ensure that the product is installed firmly;

3.? If the product does not work properly, please contact the after-sales service personnel. Do not disassemble or modify the product in any way.The company will not be responsible for any problems caused by unauthorized modification or maintenance;

4.? Please understand that you have the responsibility to reasonably configure all passwords and other related product security settings, and take good care of your user name and password;

5.If the equipment is not working properly, please do not disassemble and repair it by yourself, otherwise the equipment warranty will be affected;

6.Avoid extreme high temperature (or low temperature), high humidity, vibration, radiation, chemical corrosion and other harsh or extreme environment during installation and use.

matters needing attention

1.This product is not suitable for use in direct sunlight;

2.This product is not suitable for outdoor or semi outdoor use;

3.The best use environment of this product is indoor, no wind 25 ℃, temperature measurement distance 50cm;

4.When the ambient temperature is lower than 15 ℃ or more than 30 ℃, the temperature measurement error will increase;

5.There should be no strong light source directly on the forehead and face, no other high / low heat source interference;

6.When the measured object is from the outside or from a place with great difference from the measured environment temperature, the measured object should stay in the measurement environment for at least 5 ~ 10 minutes, and then measure the temperature after it is consistent with the ambient temperature, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement results will be affected;

7.The subjects should keep their forehead dry and free from hair, dust, hat and other debris;

8.The temperature measuring equipment can not be placed at the tuyere, and the cold and hot air have an impact on the accuracy of temperature measurement;

9.This product should not be placed close to or placed on high temperature objects;

10.The measured data of body temperature measured by infrared thermal imaging equipment is only used for preliminary screening, and can not be used as medical diagnosis data.Once high body temperature is found, further screening is needed.

11.Calibration method - before using this product for body temperature screening, please follow the following steps for calibration:

a. In the environment of product use, the traditional calibrated high-precision forehead temperature gun is used to measure the forehead temperature, and the assumption is 36.3 ℃;

b. In the environment of product use, the temperature of the product is measured, assuming 36.0 ℃;

c. Repeat step 1.2 for more than three times to calculate the difference of the average value. If the error range between the average value measured by forehead temperature gun and the average value measured by this product is within 0.3 ℃, then the product can be used normally.If you get a value with a big difference, such as 1 ℃, then you need to press the middle button of the mouse for a long time to pop up a dialog box, and enter 123456 to enter the application settings, and make compensation settings in the "body temperature detection settings".

12.If you need to upgrade the machine, you can't power off during the upgrade process. Power failure will lead to upgrade failure, resulting in the failure to upgrade again, and the machine needs to be disassembled.
