How to keep healthy

It’s important for us to keep healthy. As middle school students, we should have a healthy lifestyle. Here is some advice.

First, we should get up early and exercise every morning. We can run, take a walk and play sports.Then, it’s important for us to eat healthy food, such as vegetables and fruit. We shouldn’t eat junk food. It’s bad for us. Next, we’d better go to bed early, because staying up late is not good for our health. Why not smile every day? It makes us happy.

Doing housework is a part of our life. It’s good to share chores with other family members.I’d like to tell you about one of my experiences.

Last Mother’s Day, I made a special dinner for my mom. It wasn’t as easy as I thought. I hurt myself, and I forgot to put salt into the dishes. When my mom came back home, she was happy to taste them. Then she hugged me and said,”Thank you,I love you!”

An unforgettable thing

An important event that I remember well was that the World Trade Center was taken down by terrorists. It happened on September 11, 2001.

When I heard the news of this event I was a school pupil and I was having math class. My father was on his way to the office , and my mother was shopping in the market. My grandparents were taking the dog for a walk in the park.

I was very frightened. This event is very important to me because it reminds me that it is not easy to get safety and peace.

Whatever the fox said, the crow kept standing in the tree in silence until the fox told the crow he had the most beautiful voice. The crow was so happy to hear it that he opened his mouth to sing a song. As a result, as soon as he opened his mouth, the meat fell onto the ground and the fox got it.

I think the story is interesting and meaningful. It reminds us that we should never believe the person who wants to cheat us.

Do you know any endangered animals? Why are they in danger?

I think there are many endangered animals in the world, such as tigers and pandas. On the one hand, when farmers cut down the trees, tigers can no longer hide or hunt. Many tigers are killed by people who want to sell their fur for money. On the other hand, there are a few places for pandas to live.

We could not live without plants and animals around us. So protecting wild animals is very important. We shouldn’t destroy the plants or kill the animals. If each of us can plant a tree and build a birdhouse, the world will be more beautiful.Let save wild animals together!
