ACS 基因家族序列搜索,比对,进化分析 两种分析策略: 1 序列搜索 先搜索相关基因,找到一条 ACS 蛋白序列,进行在线比对,把 evalue 值高、query cover 高于 88%的序列下载,命名为 ACS_family.fa,上传至服务器,进行后续分析; 2 下载四个物种蛋白组数据 通过服务器进入 NCBI 数据库,将水稻,高梁,深山南芥,马铃薯 四个物种蛋白组序列下载到本地,上传至服务器,分别命名为 oryza.fa,sorghum.fa,arabidopsis.fa,solanum.fa; 2 与各个物种进行比对 比对:先对四个物种建库,分别与 ACS_family.fa 进行比对,结果 输出文件分别为 ACS_AL、ACS_OS、ACS_ST、ACS_Sorghum (结果每条序列比对只输出前 10 条); 3 比对结果序列下载作树
