法学专业本科培养方案

Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Law

培养目标

I．Educational Objectives

本专业培养适应21世纪中国社会主义现代化建设需要的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，专业基础扎实，知识面宽，实践能力强，富有创新精神，具有现代法治理念的复合型、职业型、创新型法律人才。学生毕业后适合在国家机关从事立法、执法和司法工作；在企事业单位、社会团体等部门（单位）从事法律服务工作；能通过继续深造在高等院校和科研院所从事教学、科研工作。

The program aims to trains qualified talents needed for the development of China's socialist modernization in the 21st century, who have all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor and have solid foundation in legal specialty, a broad scope of knowledge, strong practical ability, and spirit of innovation with conception of modern ruling of law. The graduates will work in state institutions of legislation, law enforcement and judiciary; in enterprises, institutions, non-government organizations and other departments (units) engaged in legal services; or in universities and research institutions . 　

培养要求及特色

II．Requirement and Specialty

　　毕业生应获得以下几方面的素质和能力：

具有良好的政治素质、独立人格和社会责任感。

具有健全的法律职业人格、强烈的法律职业认同感。

3．具有扎实的法理基础、系统的法学知识、高尚的职业伦理、严谨的法律思维、熟练的职业技能和合理的知识结构。

4．熟悉法学学术动态，关注国家法治发展。

5．掌握法学专业的思维方法和研究方法，具有较强的专业判断能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

6．掌握一门外国语，具有一定的听、说、读、写能力；具备较高的计算机操作能力。

Graduates will obtain the following qualities and abilities:

Having good political caliber, moral integrity, and sense of social responsibilities.

Developing sound legal personality and legal professional self-identity.

Having deep understanding of jurisprudence, systematical legal knowledge, noble professional ethics , rigorous legal thinking, and proficient legal techniques,and reasonable knowledge structure.

Being familiarized with academic trends and the rule of law development.

Mastering legal thinking and research methods,and developing fairly strong professional abilities of judgement ,analysis and problem-solving.

Having a good command of a foreign language in listening, speaking, reading and writing;having systematical knowledge in computer science and computer operation.

学制与学位

III．Length of Schooling and Degree

修业年限：一般为4年，由于中南民族大学采取的弹性学制，也可3-6年。

Length of schooling: generally 4 years, due to the flexible system adopted by SCUEC, it can also be 3-6 years.

授予学位： 法学学士

Degree: Bachelor of Law
