一 学习主题

二 学习目标

2. To understand the structure of the passage.（理解文章的结构）

3. To learn some useful words and expressions.(学习一些有用的短语和表达）

三学生情况

1 学生刚从初中阶段升入高中阶段，处于熟悉学校环境和适应高中学学习生活的过程中。

2 能够利用原有的语言知识读懂英语课文的大意，但缺乏对于文章结构和作者写作目的的深层次的挖掘。

3 能够利用网络、手机查找一些教师布置的课前预习和课后谈论任务。

四 探究任务

1 理清文章的结构

2 小组合作探究完成教师布置的对文章细节的理解任务

3 课后利用网络资源查找一些更多的课文中所列举的“英语是一门疯狂的语言”的例子

五 活动过程

1 let the students look at the charts about the data of several languages and answer the three questions(让学生看表格并回答关于几种语言的问题）

2 let the students look at the pictures from the internet and guess the meaning of the word（让学生看图片并猜测词义）
