社会工作伦理是专业社会工作者的职业道德操守，而案主自决原则是社会工作的核心价值理念。案主自决体现了社会工作者对于人的尊重及对案主自我改变的信任，在专业社会工作中受到了高度的重视，但是我们在理解、运用案主自决原则这一社会工作伦理时常常会遇到多方面的困境。因此，本文在对专业社会工作伦理以及案主自决进行基本阐述的基础上，结合我们在专业学习过程中的具体案例，揭示出案主自决原则在执行时可能遇到的伦理困境，分析这一伦理困境的形成原因，并提出了相应的解决对策，从而促进我国社会工作的专业化、职业化和本土化发展。

Abstract

Social work ethics is the professional ethics of professional social workers, and the principle of client self-determination is the core value of social work. The self-determination of the client reflects the social workers' respect for people and trust in the self-change of the client, which is highly valued in professional social work. However, we often encounter many difficulties in understanding and applying the principle of the self-determination of the client as the social work ethic.
