Introduction of Ground Service Department
Ground Service Department is responsible for providing line maintenance, service supporting for those take off or land in Luo Gang Airport (except Eastern Airlines and Joy Airlines who based in Luo Gang), and providing special vehicle services for variety of aircrafts. Formerly known as Maintenance Department of Anhui Provincial Civil Aviation Bureau, it was set up in May 1992 in order to make Hefei Airport bear the capacity of receiving various types of aircrafts. The same year in August, Maintenance Department and Fuel Guarantee Department were combined to establish Maintenance Section and Fuel Section was set up. In July 1993, Fuel Section was separated, and Maintenance & Engineering Department was set up by Anhui Provincial Civil Aviation Bureau. In June 2004, in order to deepen the reform and integrate resources, Maintenance Engineering Department combined with the vehicle team and repair workshop of the original Jinying Company to establish Ground Service Department.
In 20 years, Ground Service Department has developed from 10 employees in 1992 to 130 in 2012, as well as from 185 planes of annual service in 1992 to 20729 in 2012,from the single maintenance engineering department to the Ground Service Department including 7 sections of Assistant Sect., Quality Control Sect., Production Technology and Equipment Sect., Maintenance Team I and II, Special Vehicle Team, and Vehicle Repair Factory.
Ground Service Department holds aircraft maintenance certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, provides general services and line maintenance (pre-flight check, transit check, after-flight check) for airlines such as China International Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. From 1992 to 2012, Ground Service Department has the experience of maintaining 24 types of airplanes including MD82/90, B757-200, A319/320/321, Y7-100, DOR328-300, MD82/90, ATR-72, TU-154, B737-200/300/400/500/600/700/800/900, CRJ-200, DHC8-400, SAAB340, YK42, BAE146-100/300 and so on. Since 2007, Ground Services Department started to service for Hongkong Airlines, Macao Airlines, Taiwan Far East Airlines, TransAsia Airlines, Korean Isda Airlines and others foreign and regional airlines. Ground Service Department owns electrical power cart, pneumatic power cart, towing vehicle, air conditioning cart, de-icing vehicle, guided vehicle, passenger cart, ferry cart and other vehicles.
These years, Ground Services Department has continuously improve the ability of safety guarantee, production, flight safety and ground traffic safety through the way of revising Maintenance Management Manual, Work Procedure Manual, Maintenance Department Training Program, Vehicle Equipment Operation Manual, Emergency Rescue Work Manual and so on.
The tough environment and high safety risk request high-level technology. For years, Ground Service Department has fostered an excellent team with high quality of thought, technological skill and working style. Ground Service Department has enhanced the safety consciousness, regulations consciousness and sense of responsibility. By all the above, it will continuously form a healthy and positive safety culture, promote the employees’ integral professional quality and advance the comprehensive guarantee.
地勤服务部简介
地勤服务部承担着XX机场起降飞机(基地***东航、幸福航除外)的航线维修和勤务保障工作,同时为各型飞机提供多种特种车辆服务,前身为民航XX省局机务科。1992年5月,为使XX机场具有接收各***飞机的能力,民航XX省局组建机务科,同年8月,机务科与油料科合并成立机务油料保某某,1993年7月,油料科分离,民航XX省局成立机务维修工程部。2004年6月,为深化改革,整合资源,机务维修工程部与原***大车队、汽车修理厂合并组建成地勤服务部。
经过20年的发展,地勤服务部员工从1992年成立之初的10人增至2012年的130人;年保障飞机架次由1992年的185架次,增至2012年的20729架次;组织机构由1992年的机务科,发展至2012年的地勤服务部,下设7个科队(助理室、质量控制室、生产技术设备科、机务一队、机务二队、特种车辆队、车辆修理厂)。
地勤服务部持有中国民航局颁发的《维修许可证》,承担中国国际***、中国南方***、XX***等十余家***经停XX机场飞机的一般勤务和航线维修(航前、短停、航后)工作;1992年至2012年,先后承担过BAE146-100/300、Y7-100、B737-200/300/400/500/600/700/800/900、A319/320/321、MD82/90、B757-200、CRJ-200、DHC8-400、DOR328-300、ATR-72、SAAB340、YK42、、TU-154等24种机型的维修工作。自2007年起,地勤服务部开始承担香港***、澳门***、台湾远东、复兴***、韩国易某某***等地区和国外***执飞XX航班保障工作。地勤服务部拥有电源车、气源车、牵引车、空调车、除冰车、引导车、客梯车、摆渡车等多种车辆。
多年来,地勤服务部通过逐步建立健全安全生产长效机制,修订完善《维修管理手册》、《工作程序手册》、《维修单位培训大纲》、《车辆设备运行手册》、《应急救援工作手册》等,不断提升安全生产保障能力,确保飞行安全和地面行车安全。
地勤服务部工作环境艰苦、安全风险大、技术要求高。多年来,地勤服务部从员工思想、业务技能、工作作风三个方面打造优秀团队,加强员工安全意识、法规意识和责任意识教育,严把培训关、授权关、放行关等关键环节,着力倡导、培育健康、积极的安全文化,不断提升员工整体素质和职业素养,提升地勤服务部综合保障能力和水平。
