(2)知识素养。教师的知识素养包括:政治理论修养;精深的学科专业知识(本体性知识);广博的科学文化知识;必备的教育科学知识(条件性知识);丰富的实践知识。

(3)能力素养。教师的能力素养包括:语言表达能力;组织管理能力;组织教育和教学的能力;自我调控和自我反思能力(较高的教育机智)。此外,教师还应该具备教育科研能力、学习能力、观察学生的能力、创新能力以及运用现代教育技术手段的能力。

(4)职业心理健康。教师心理健康的构成包括高尚的职业道德、愉悦的情绪情感、良好的人际关系、健康的人格特征等。
