Unit 3 Travel Journal 教学设计

总体思路:

本课的教学设计围绕培养学生初步读写故事类英语文章的能力,特别是学习概括文章的能力展开。采用多媒体辅助教学和任务型教学法,以此来创设良好的教学环境,优化教学过程,促使学生思考。整个教学过程力求做到循序渐进,疏密结合,以利于启发学生思维和促进学生主动建构知识体系,在读、说和写的活动中发展其综合语言运用能力。

Step1.三维目标:

I. 知识与技能

1. Get students to learn the useful new words and expressions in this part.

2. Let students learn the knowledge of Travel.

II.过程与方法:

Develop students’ reading ability and let them learn different reading skills.

III.情感态度与价值观:

1. Stimulate students’ sense to form the ability to make a travel plan.

2. Develop students’ sense of cooperative learning.

教学重点

1. Get students to know how to prepare for a trip and some

geographical about the Mekong River.

2. Guide student to grasp the usages of some important words and phrases.

3. Develop students’ reading skills like skimming, scanning and concluding.

教学难点

1. Help students with different levels of English accomplish the basic reading tasks.

2. Teach students both the structures and meanings of some complex sentences.

3. Help students to express their own travel plans using the language they have learned in the class and cultivate their ability to cooperate with others. Step1 Leading in

Show them some pictures of great rivers, such as the Yangtze River, the Amzon River, the Thames River and the Mekong River.

Step 2 :Pre-reading

How do people who live along a river use it ?

(设计说明:让学生了解水资源的宝贵和对生活的重要性,培养学生珍惜水资源的意识。)

Step 5 Homework:

practise speaking out the summary of the reading text.

Writing a passage about the result of the discussion.

教学反思:这节可的教学不走符合任务型教学法,整堂课已阅读为主,注重实效,既扩大了词汇量,又提高了阅读技能。充分利用了丰富的网络教学资源,内容丰富,体现了新课程中的资源策略,信息量大,融合了地理知识,体现了学科之间的相互联系,这都是信息技术给我们带来的最大好处。
